By accessing or using the Implementables website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Implementables

Implementables is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping transitioning service members build careers in technology, design, and business through our SkillBridge program partnership while delivering high-quality solutions to businesses.

3. Eligibility

For Veterans

To participate in our SkillBridge program, you must:

• Be an active duty service member within 180 days of separation
• Have commander approval for SkillBridge participation
• Have completed at least 180 days of continuous active service
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Comply with all Department of Defense SkillBridge program requirements

For Businesses

To partner with us for services, you must:

• Be a legally registered business or organization
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information

4. Services

SkillBridge Training Program

Our SkillBridge program provides:

• Training in UI/UX design, branding, content creation, AI, and business automation
• Hands-on experience through real client projects
• Mentorship from experienced professionals
• Career development and job placement support

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, and requirements at any time.

Business Services

We offer SaaS development, UI/UX design, branding, content creation, and AI/automation services. Specific terms for business engagements will be outlined in separate service agreements.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not use our services to transmit harmful or malicious content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Implementables or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Work products created under business service agreements will be governed by the specific terms of those agreements.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Job placement after program completion
• Specific salary outcomes
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That all program applications will be accepted

While we report a 92% job placement rate and provide comprehensive support, individual results may vary based on effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Implementables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Program participants may be removed for failure to meet program requirements, violations of military regulations, or other conduct inconsistent with program standards.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Implementables, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Implementables is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
