Our Story
Our founder joined the Navy as the first military member in her family, driven by a passion for technology and an insatiable curiosity about how things work.
Over 10 years of service, she taught herself everything she knows now - not because there were great resources available, but because there weren't any. Between long hours, deployments, family commitments, and education requirements, service members have limited time and access to real mentorship in end-to-end business solutions implementation.
During her time in the Navy, she dealt with thousands of customers and constant technical issues while facing technological limitations and slow advances. Working with so many people taught her what truly frustrates users and where better solutions were needed.
This pushed her to learn how to create end-to-end solutions without requiring tens of thousands of dollars. She built numerous tools that are now being used by Sailors across the fleet, then applied these same principles to the business realm.
If she could do that while on active duty, there's no reason transitioning service members can't do the same - they just need the right training and support.
That's the gap Implementables Pursuit fills. We provide the mentorship, structured training, and real-world project experience that our founder wished she'd had. We train transitioning service members in high-demand tech skills - UI/UX design, branding, AI, automation - while they work on actual client projects. Veterans get paid experience and a proven path forward. Businesses get quality solutions. Everyone wins.
